New Board appointments for Notts TV

Notts TV is to further strengthen its leadership team with a number of changes to its Board.

David Lloyd, formerly Group Content and Operations Director at Orion Media which owned East Midlands radio station, Gem 106, joins Notts TV to take on the role of Chair of the Board.
Lloyd takes over from founding Chairman Craig Chettle, who remains an Executive Director of the Board.

Mike Blair, Executive Producer at ITV studios company Shiver, and formerly Current Affairs Editor at ITV and Regional Director for Central Television is also appointed to the Board and will become a Non-Executive Director.

David Lloyd comments:

Notts TV broadcasts on freeview channel 7, Sky 117 and Virgin 159.
Part of the Local TV Network, it has been broadcasting since May 2014 and has become an integral part of the region’s media landscape.

The Notts TV consortium running the channel comprises Nottingham Trent University, Craig Chettle – CEO Confetti Media Group and Inclusive Digital and it is supported by the Nottingham Post Media Group.
